Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $99 within Canada and the U.S.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays and sale periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship via FedEx to most destinations worldwide. Shipping rates for international orders, as well as any applicable duties and taxes, are calculated at checkout.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Australia, or New Zealand.

 

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

Refunds

  • Regular-price items are refunded to the original form of payment, less a $10 restocking fee.

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only, less a $10 restocking fee.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a prepaid return label, please email returns@uppantsmontreal.com.

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed once received.

 

 

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
